چکیده
Introduction Fluoride plays a major role in inhibiting enamel dissolution and promoting fluorapatite formation. Porous hydroxyapatite (HAP) discs can be used as an analogue artificial demineralisation/remineralisation studies. Method The aim of the study was to monitor fluoride-mineral phases formed on HAP surfaces function fluoride concentration ([F − ]) under demineralising conditions, using 19 F magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS-NMR) spectroscopy, compare results with previous substrate. blocks were immersed demineralisation solutions (0.1 M acetic acid, pH 4.0) increasing [F ] (0–1450 ppm). Results At below 50 ppm ], MAS-NMR showed fluoride-substituted apatite formation; above calcium (CaF 2 ) proportions. These mirrored those similar studies Further increases caused no further measurable reduction but increased proportion CaF formed. total [Ca] phosphorus [P] concentrations solution measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. high concentrations, increased, molar Ca:P ratios decreased values consistent formation . However, found at low higher than partially fluoridated apatite. Conclusions Under above, whereas ppm. obtained when substrate used.

Protective effects of cornus mas extract on in vitro fertilization potential in methotrexate treated male mice
Current study was aimed to evaluating protective effects of cornus mas fruit extract (CMFE) in mice treated with methotrexate (MTX). For this purpose, 48 young mature male mice were divided into 6 groups. Control group received only normal saline (0.1 mLper day, intraperitoneally), and the second group was administered MTX (20 mg kg-1 perweek, intraperitoneally). The third, ...

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.
Crystalline structure and molecular mobility of PVDF chains in PVDFPMMA blend films analyzed by solid-state 19F MAS NMR spectroscopy
The crystalline structure and molecular mobility of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) blended with poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) have been investigated using solid-state 19F magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy. The origin of the characteristic crystalline peaks observed for three typical polymorphs of PVDF (a-, band c-forms) are explained based on the density functional theory (DFT) c...
متن کاملthe effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends
flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...
